Ingredients

10 little new potatoes, cooked and kept warm

4 cornichons

6 pickled cipollini onions

6 small tomatoes

4 asparagus spears, cooked

2 artichoke hearts, cooked

2¼-inch slices of Saga® Classic Blue Brie

Methods

Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Arrange the vegetables and pickles in small skillets or ovenproof dishes. Top with a slice of Saga® Classic Blue Brie and place in the oven to melt, about 7 to 10 minutes.
