Sweet Onion Sauce with Fettuccine

Ingredients

¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons Lurpak® Unsalted butter

4 cups (approximately 2 pounds) yellow onions

1 teaspoon chopped dill

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper

1 pound box Fettuccine

2 cups Saga® Brie

Methods

Combine olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the onions and cook slowly until onions caramelize, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and season with dill, salt, and pepper. In the meantime: cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain well. Toss pasta with the cheese and onions. Serve immediately.
