Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 (8-ounce) package fat free cream cheese, softened

2 (5-ounce) packages Saga® Blue Brie

1 cup fat free sour cream

2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

3 dashes hot sauce

Methods

Combine all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes; stir mixture and then microwave for an additional 3 minutes. Serve with baked tortilla chips or thin roasted potato slices.
