Warm Tomato and Sweet Onions Tossed with Fusilli

Pasta dishes make for easy vegetarian meals that are filling and satisfying. We love the combination of sweet onions and Saga® Blue Brie – a lot of tang, and some sweet!

Ingredients

1 pound Fusilli

¼ cup olive oil

1½ cups chopped red onions

1½ pounds tomatoes, chopped

1 item Saga® Blue Brie, 10 oz white rind removed

1 cup thinly sliced basil leaves

Methods

Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain well.
In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onions and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Add cheese and when melted toss with the pasta. Remove from heat and stir in the basil. Serve warm or at room temperature.
